John Hendrick is the Chief Administrative Officer of Banyan. Prior to joining Banyan, John held various senior leadership roles at AT&T, Samsung Electronics of America, BlackBerry and Comcast.

Rachel has spent the last 20 years of her career in advertising sales and management with Google and Cardlytics, mainly working with large retailers.
Customer Success & Strategy
Kara is an innately curious person who is passionate about why people do what they do. This skill has enabled her to hone her strategic customer focus and team building strengths to deliver sustainable business impact in CPG brand management, retail merchandising, sales, and client service at companies like Clorox, Target and Nielsen.
Sales & Partnerships
Graeme has been ‘solution selling’ to retailers for the last 20 years, most recently with Cardlytics, where he experienced a successful IPO, and prior to that, a mobile app start-up in Philadelphia called SnipSnap, which was acquired by Slyce.
Rachel's career history has been in advertising technology; first on the agency side at Razorfish and then with the demand-side SaaS platform, MediaMath. At MediaMath she grew to love the Product discipline where she was challenged to solve for both internal and external data and reporting needs.
Ben has a BS in Engineering from Boston University and an MBA from Saint Joseph's University. Prior to Banyan he has held many roles in engineering and operations, most recently leading the Global Quality PMO at Ciena.
Stephen graduated from Temple University with a degree in accounting and began his professional career with Deloitte and Touché where he was licensed as a CPA and served as an External Auditor. He later transitioned into corporate finance and accounting as a Senior Financial Analyst at The Walt Disney Studios focusing on FP&A for the home entertainment division. Recently he spent 7 years working for the NFL’s finance department, as Director of Finance for the digital media business. Stephen has extensive experience in controllership, budgeting and forecasting, FP&A, business management, and various other operational finance and accounting disciplines.
Maria’s experience ranges in various industries from healthcare to retail to investment banking to manufacturing to CPG. She has over 13 years experience in overall strategy, marketing, product and sales enablement. Currently holds her EMBA from Pace University.

Minhal is a Wharton MBA and prior management consultant at Boston Consulting Group. Minhal brings years of experience tying together growth strategy, operational improvement, and financial expertise across startup, finance and tech landscapes.
Product Ops & Analytics
Chris has 9 years experience developing, implementing, marketing, and selling data science and consumer analytics products and solutions, with experience scaling from seed-stage to Series B at Civis Analytics. He’s currently a Chicago Booth Evening MBA candidate (graduating December 2021), and an aspiring investor passionate about the future of data and AI applications, climate technology, and public policy.
Duncan has had a full career in the computing industry, where his quarter-century of computer programming experience has led to the current position as Principal Engineer working for the CTO of a fintech company. The path to this point has been wild and varied, including not only professional high-points of working at NASA as well as for Ubuntu.
Sal brings to Banyan diverse experience from a career that spans HR Admin, Service Delivery, and Communications with Bell Labs/AT&T, CIO Operational support at Lucent Technologies (Nokia), and most recently Business Analysis, Web Development PM, and Operational Communications with MetLife in their Digital space.
Since moving to Chicago most of Billy’s work experience has involved adtech in some way (with a few SaaSes sprinkled in) and all of it on the web. He enjoys solving data related problems, the bigger the better.
Matthew Kumar graduated from Columbia University with a B.A. in computer science and philosophy, and focuses on data engineering, text normalization, and semantic modeling.
David has a very unique perspective about the Cloud, which allows him to take advantage of the whole complexity it offers to best create efficient and automated solutions. For years he helped startups achieve their goals in the Cloud.
Ivan is a Software Developer of Banyan. Prior to joining Banyan, Ivan worked as a Web Developer for Sandals and Beaches Resorts.
